The check-in process felt impersonal, as there were no staff available to assist with any inquiries or registration. I found it frustrating that there was no option to securely store our luggage after check-out.

I loved the hotel, it was big and fairly clean, location was best possible by the botanic garden. Huge rooms with superb aircon and affable staff, everything was nice. I've had a really enjoyable stay for 3 nights.

I loved the quiet atmosphere and enjoyed the beautiful garden, especially in the mornings when I could relax alone in the serene space.

Enjoyable stay in an elegant hotel just a couple of blocks from town. The charming decor and the tranquil garden added to the experience, although a lack of conditioner in the shower and limited staff visibility were minor drawbacks.

The garden area was good-it was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The room was spacious and clean, with some charming old Spanish architectural features adding a nice touch. I found parking a bit tricky, so be prepared for that if you're driving.

The hotel had a particularly good and absolutely perfect location right by Soller port for the evening, the botanic garden, and the center of the town. I loved the reasonably large rooms with air conditioning. Everything met my needs well, I would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms are very clean, spacious, and have comfortable beds, climate control, and a variety of TV channels, and it's a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.
